Our Support Package is a monthly plan that includes maintenance and troubleshooting.

Support Package

All licensed RPG-XML Suite customers receive these benefits as part of their Support Package.

  • RXS customers on a current maintenance plan receive 2 hours of support per month.
  • Support hours are between 8AM - 5PM CST Monday - Friday, excluding US Holidays.*
  • Depending on your needs, support is accessible by phone, email, or a web-based interactive session.
  • Our Support Package is billable in .25 hour increments.

After-Hours Support

If you need support outside of our normal support hours, we offer After-hours support, billable in .25 hour increments, at a rate of 1.5x our support plan. Holiday support is available during US Holidays*, billable at a rate 2x your standard support plan.

*US Holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day
