When purchasing RPG-XML Suite, each annual maintenance contract entitles you to 2 hours of maintenance per month. This support plan covers a diverse range of topics, including license transfers, upgrades, program troubleshooting, and general issue resolution. RPG-XML Suite Support and Maintenance

Timely support is critical, and the RXS development team works hard to ensure you get the support you need. Look below for a list of benefits and information surrounding your maintenance contract.

RXS customers on a current maintenance plan receive 2 hours of support per month per license.

Support hours are between 8AM – 5PM CST Monday – Friday, excluding US Holidays.*

Depending on your needs, support is accessible by email, phone, or a web-based interactive session.

Your support and maintenance package is billable in .25 hour increments.

*After-hours and Holiday support are billed above the standard support plan rate, billable in 1-hour increments.
*US Holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day
